Course Schedule

The Carolina Lowcountry Chapter has several convenient ways for you to register for a class that best meets your schedule.

Pre-registration and pre-payment are required for all classes. Before you register for a class please be sure you are registering for the class you need. Class transfers will incur fees per our refund policy, below.

• Register Online (online registration is only available for North Charleston classes at this time)
• Download our July - December 2010 Course Schedule for classes held in North Charleston and Bluffton offices  (subject to change, please note that the Register Online link will include the most current information)
• Registrations are also accepted by phone at (843) 764-2323 x358 or in person at our offices.
• Course participants in Beaufort/Jasper/Hampton counties can register by calling (800) 342-4062 option 3 or email riversg@usa.redcross.org.

Many of our classes are now offered online! You will take the first part of the course online at your own pace, then register for one of our convenient skill sessions to complete the hands-on portion of your training. Click the Online Training button for details on available classes.

Class Locations 

Most classes are held at the Red Cross offices in North Charleston and Bluffton. However, we periodically hold classes at the alternate locations listed below. We expect to be adding new locations soon!  See the printable course schedule or contact us for the date of the next class in your preferred location. Please do not contact the non-Red Cross facilities directly for scheduling or to register.

Refund Policy

If you need to transfer a class, please let us know by phone at least two business days in advance, so we can fill your space.

Cancellation with at least two business days notice:

• Full refund minus a $10 processing fee, or
• Transfer into another scheduled course at full value, with a maximum of two transfers permitted. After the third cancellation, any fees paid will be lost.

Cancellation with less than two business days notice:

• A refund of 50% of the payment made for the course, or
• Transfer into another scheduled course, with a maximum of two transfers permitted. After the third cancellation, any fees paid will be lost.

No refunds for individuals who fail to show for the scheduled course, or who do not pass the course, or who do not pass any course pre-requisites.
