Educating People...and Saving Lives.
American Red Cross Preparedness Services is the leading nationwide provider of education and training programs that teach people how to prevent, prepare for and respond to occupational, community and family health & safety emergencies through skills, such as CPR, first aid, water safety, babysitting and other caregiving techniques.
All classes, with the exception of Aquatics courses which are held at local pools, are located on site. If you would like to host a class at your facility or community organization, please contact us for details.

News for Instructors
DEADLINES!!!
1. CPR for the Professional Rescuer Instructors need to begin updating to the new material and pickup a NEW Instructor Manual, including a participant manual. The deadline to update is December 31, 2007. However, the old course materials can not be used and therefore an old course can not be taught after Janaury 31, 2007.
2. The NEW LIFEGUARD update was released December 31st, 2006. Instructors can update by logging on to the Instructor's corner and completing the online self update. Upon completion of the update, turn Verification Forms in to the chapter to receive an updated Authorization card. Instructors will have until December 31, 2007 to complete the update. However, June 30, 2007 is the last day that old materials can be used.
